Parce qu’entreprendre des travaux de mise en accessibilité des locaux représente un investissement important, une aide financière avait été mise en place à destination des établissements recevant du public (ERP) de 5e catégorie. Sauf que le guichet de dépôt des demandes sera bientôt fermé…

Aide financière : plus que quelques jours pour déposer sa demande !

Pour rappel, les établissements recevant du public (ERP) sont des bâtiments, des locaux ou des enceintes auxquels le public peut avoir accès, de manière libre ou restreinte, payante ou gratuite.

Les ERP sont classés en 5 catégories en fonction de leur capacité d’accueil, la 5e catégorie regroupant les ERP ayant les plus petites capacités d’accueil du public.

Pour autant, ces établissements doivent respecter des normes de sécurité et d’accessibilité (rampes d’accès, sanitaires adaptés aux fauteuils roulants, etc.).

Il n’est cependant pas toujours évident de mettre aux normes ses locaux, notamment en raison de l’investissement financier que représentent les travaux nécessaires.

Ainsi, le fonds territorial d’accessibilité a été créé pour subventionner les travaux réalisés par les ERP de 5e catégorie de mise en conformité avec les règles d’accessibilité.

Très concrètement, la subvention peut prendre en charge la moitié des dépenses éligibles, plafonnée à 20 500 €.

S’il était prévu que ce fonds fermerait au plus tard le 31 décembre 2028, les pouvoirs publics avaient la possibilité de moduler cette date.

Finalement, le guichet de dépôt des demandes fermera le 7 janvier 2026. Les propriétaires et les exploitants d’ERP de 5e catégorie ont donc jusqu’à cette date pour déposer leur dossier de demande de subvention.
