1/ Procédure de redressement professionnel

L’ensemble des prestations réalisées par le greffier de tribunal de commerce dans le cadre d’une procédure de rétablissement professionnel donne lieu à la perception :

  • d’un émolument principal de 317,68 € ;
  • de 2 émoluments accessoires :
    • d’un montant de 52,95 € par procédure devant le juge commis statuant sur une demande de report ou de délai de paiement ;
    • d’un montant de 63,54 €, en cas d’ouverture d’une procédure de liquidation judiciaire.

2/ Transmission

Les transmissions donnent lieu à la perception des émoluments suivants :

  • s’agissant des diligences de chaque transmission d’acte, décision ou document, par remise en mains propres contre récépissé ou par voie électronique sécurisée : 1,60 € ;
  • s’agissant de la transmission d’extrait d’immatriculation du Registre du commerce, par voie électronique sécurisée : 0,54 €.

Les transmissions réalisées par le greffier dans le cadre d’une procédure de rétablissement professionnel donnent lieu à la perception d’un émolument de 52,95 €.
