Le transport de matières dangereuses, qu’il soit routier, ferroviaire ou fluvial, sur le territoire français, suppose l’observation d’un nombre important de règles. Quelques modifications y sont apportées…

TMD : évolution des contrôles et sanctions

Les règles dites « TMD » viennent encadrer le transport de matières dangereuses dès lors que ce transport implique un passage par le territoire français, que ce soit par voie routière, ferroviaire ou fluviale.

Ces règles s’accompagnent d’une documentation importante fixant l’ensemble des conditions permettant d’assurer la conformité du transport de ces matières.

Certaines adaptations sont apportées à ces textes.

C’est notamment le cas des règles relatives aux sanctions aboutissant à l’immobilisation des véhicules utilisés pour le transport terrestre des matières (Annexe I.5.4) qui sont mises à jour.
