Une contribution à la formation professionnelle spécifique : quel montant ?

Toutes les entreprises d’au moins 11 salariés doivent verser une contribution à la formation professionnelle au taux de 1 % à l’organisme paritaire collecteur agréé (Opca), remplacé désormais par les opérateurs de compétence (Opco).

En plus de cette contribution, les entreprises du bâtiment et des travaux publics versent à la caisse BTP Prévoyance une contribution spécifique.

Cette contribution spécifique versée à la caisse BTP Prévoyance, était fixée à 0,15 % pour les entreprises d’au moins 11 salariés relevant des secteurs des métiers du bâtiment et des travaux publics.

Désormais, ce taux fera l’objet d’un accord entre les partenaires sociaux, représentatifs au niveau national dans ces secteurs d’activité.

Pour les salaires versés en 2019, le temps que les partenaires sociaux trouvent un accord, le taux de leur contribution à la formation professionnelle est fixé, quel que soit le nombre de salariés que ces entreprises emploient, à :

  • 0,30 % pour les entreprises du bâtiment ;
  • 0,22 % pour les entreprises de travaux publics.

Les entreprises d’au moins 11 salariés pourront déduire cette contribution spécifique de la contribution versée à leur opérateur de compétences (Opco, ex-Opca).
